The Four Steps of the C.A.R.E. Method
The Edgar Cayce Inspired C.A.R.E. method is simple and easy to apply. With a dedication to small, daily actions, you can create long term results. They will also create healthy habits for lasting results.
1. Circulation
The first step emphasizes the importance of circulation. Edgar Cayce’s readings suggest exercise, massage, and chiropractic adjustments to promote blood flow, energy, and oxygen distribution.
What I Did:
Walked 3 miles daily.
Engaged in 40 minutes of high-intensity exercise and weight calisthenics.
Benefits:

2. Assimilation
Assimilation focuses on what we take in—both physically and mentally—as it directly impacts who we become.
Physical Assimilation:
Consumed nutritious foods, water, and a multivitamin.
Avoided junk foods and nutrient-deficient meals.
Mental Assimilation:
Chose empowering and educational media.
Surrounded myself with positive influences.
Key Insight:
"You are what you consume, in food and ideas."
3. Relaxation
Relaxation is essential for integrating food and ideas into the body and mind.
Strategies I Used:
Avoided eating while stressed.
Spent time in nature and engaged in joyful activities like gardening.
Outcome:
Enhanced digestion and mental clarity.
Cultivated inner peace.
4. Elimination
Elimination involves removing wastes from the body and unhealthy habits from the subconscious mind.
Physical Elimination:
Exercised regularly to stimulate detoxification through sweat, breath, and bodily waste.
Practices like lymphatic drainage and massage helped to reduce waste and swelling from cortisol.
Mental Elimination:
Engaged in hypnotherapy and counseling.
Cleared negative attitudes and limiting beliefs.
